Helping people is my passion. I believe that individuals suffering from an anxiety disorder are trapped by their symptoms and, through psychotherapeutic treatment, can find their potential, learning how to live a life of value and purpose.
Clinical Experience
My clinical experience includes training in assessing and treating comorbid emotional disorders. My clinical training was completed at The Kentucky Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (KYCARDS) under Dr. Kevin Chapman (Director & Founder) and Dr. Chelsea Mitchell (Associate Director) who specialize in assessment and treatment of emotional disorders. My clinical training focused on the assessment and treatment of anxiety and related disorders utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) in young adults and adults. I have experience treating obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder, phobias, depression, adjustment disorder and agoraphobia in young adults and adults.
